Before joining MasterCard Cindy was a CX strategist and creative leader within R/GA, named Digital Agency of the Decade by Adweek. As part of the core Business Transformation team, Cindy was focused on building consulting relationships with clients around defining customer experience strategies, building functionally integrated ecosystems, as well as overseeing the creative development of digital product, service and brand experiences
