Robert Ghazal is the Head of U.S. Contact Centers for TD Bank. In this role, he leads approximately 2,000 employees handling nearly 20 million customer calls per year in the bank’s Auburn, Maine, Greenville, South Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida and Mt. Laurel, New Jersey contact centers. Robert joined TD Bank Group in 1991 and has held several roles in Canada, including Head of Credit Cards, Small Business and Merchant Contact Centers; Associate Vice President, Human Resources; District Vice President; and Branch Manager. Known for his strong focus on employee development and innovative sales and service strategies, Robert is also recognized as a results-oriented change agent with a pragmatic and collaborative approach. A native of Montreal, Quebec, Robert earned a MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from McGill University. Robert is a Certified Financial planner, a member of the Fellow Institute of Canadian Bankers and is fluent in English and French. An avid runner, Robert resides in Moorestown, New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
