SVP, Head of Customer Experience Analytics TD Bank
Steve is responsible for delivering
actionable data insights into Customer Experience across all U.S. Consumer Bank
products and services. This role also provides data and analytics to drive the
Customer Experience strategy for the U.S., and will work closely with the
Global Customer Experience team to share insights and best practices across
Steve joins TD Bank after spending
four years with Barclays as the Vice President of Operations Management
Information and Vice President of Customer Experience Analytics. While at
Barclays, he developed a key driver analysis for J.D. Power, a Customer
Experience Economics platform, and a CFPB complaints model. He also sat on the
council for the Chief Data Office. Steve has spent his entire career in the
banking and student loan industries, focusing on data management, SAS/SQL coding,
report automation, predictive modeling, analytics, and strategy development.
Steve holds a
B.S. in Management Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College in
Wilmington, Delaware. He lives in Delaware with his wife and 8-year-old son.
